The Vision Behind the Academy
Ladies & Gents Private Academy was founded with one purpose: to redefine education through a personalized, small-school experience. As a mother, I understand that families need more than supervision — they need structure, excellence, and a learning environment where their child is truly known.
Our academy was created to provide an intentional alternative to overcrowded classrooms by offering a focused, supportive micro school model that prioritizes academic growth, leadership, and character development.
Our Micro School Model
Ladies & Gents Private Academy is a K–8 micro school powered by an innovative, mastery-based learning approach. With small group sizes and individualized learning plans, scholars move at their own pace while receiving personalized guidance and accountability.

At Ladies & Gents Private Academy, our mission is to provide a modern micro school experience that empowers scholars to lead, learn, and thrive.
Powered by Prenda’s innovative, mastery-based model, we deliver personalized, small-group education designed to meet each scholar where they are academically and challenge them to grow with confidence. We combine strong core academics, leadership development, and character formation in a structured, supportive environment.
Our commitment is to partner with families to cultivate independent thinkers, resilient problem-solvers, and future leaders who are prepared for high school, college, and life.

Our Staff
Our team consists of dedicated Guides and educators who are trained in the micro school model and committed to academic excellence and scholar growth.
Rather than traditional large-classroom teaching, our Guides mentor, coach, and support scholars through individualized learning plans, goal setting, and mastery checkpoints. They foster independence, accountability, collaboration, and leadership within a small-group environment.
All staff members complete required training, background checks, and safety certifications to ensure a secure and nurturing learning space.
